A collaboration between Penn and the nonprofit Centro de Cultura Arte Trabajo y Educación aims to improve college access for Philadelphia’s Latinx community. This initiative is being by Emilio Parrado, Professor of Sociology, Co-founding Director of Center for Latin American and Latinx Studies (CLALS), and Director of the Populations Studies Center, and is set to enhance already-thriving post-secondary success.
