Vani Kulkarni, a lecturer in the department, recently published (along with Raghav Gaiha, from the Global Aging Programme at the Harvard School of Public Health) an op-ed for Inter Press Service discussing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) that were adopted in the United Nations Summit in September. This summit was attended by Prime Ministers, Presidents, and Pope Francis.
