Angela Simms, Ph.D. Candidate, has accepted Penn's School of Arts and Sciences Dissertation Completion Fellowship. Simms has also received an honorable mention for the Center for Engaged Scholarship Fellowship, which is affiliated with the University of California, Berkeley.
