Roberto Gonzales, Richard Perry University Professor of Sociology and Education, was featured in a "How to LA" episode last week on NPR. This episode highlights the journey of a DACA recipient, Brian, who was surprised by an "Advance Parole" letter from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, which stated that he can travel to Mexico – his country of birth – for the first time in 30 years.
