Kailey Caldwell is a higher education professional with experience in graduate and professional student services, admissions, and programming. Kailey's passion for higher education comes from growing up in a small community in Idaho where educational opportunities were not easily accessible or encouraged for women. She held roles in student records, student affairs, financial aid support, and admissions before taking on the role of Graduate Coordinator with Penn Sociology. Kailey remains deeply passionate about being a positive and supportive part of educational journeys for students and is committed to higher education as a whole, and to supporting graduate students and their research, wellness, and professional growth. Kailey has research experience with institutional religious training and participation, student identity formation, and student success and resource accessibility.
