Faculty to Faculty Lunch Discussion led by Melissa Wilde and Paul Sniegowski

"Promoting Academic Integrity and Preventing Cheating"
Feb 10, 2015 at - | Claudia Cohen Hall 104

Melissa Wilde of Sociology and Paul Sniegowski of Biology will lead a Faculty-to-Faculty Lunch discussion, Promoting Academic Integrity and Preventing Cheating. Sponsored by the Center for Teaching and Learning, this conversation will consider strategies to minimize cheating and what one might do if infractions take place. Additionally, the session will also give faculty the chance to consider the potential significance of a recent change in how Penn reports academic integrity violations and an opportunity to talk with the new director of the Office of Student Conduct. All faculty are invited to participate.

The discussion will take place 12-1:15 in Cohen 104. Because Faculty-to-Faculty Lunches are designed as informal conversations, registration is limited. To sign up, contact CTL at ctl-help@sas.upenn.edu. Lunch will be provided to all those who register in advance.
